Jack and Jill child care center, Roseville, Minnesota, believes that children have the innate desire to learn and to grow.

By nurturing this desire at an early age, by honoring diversity, promoting strong values and supporting appropriate socialization,

we provide the context within which children can reach their full potential as individuals and as members of the community.

Nurturing Care starts with a loving, caring staff with the knowledge to know how to apply effective care within a diverse child care environment.

Jack and Jill's employees are highly educated. A majority of the teachers hold a four year degree in education, early childhood, child development, and birth to elementary education teaching licensure, and have many years of experience working in the early childhood field. Employees participate in 40 plus hours a year of continuing education and are certified in CPR, First Aid, and Sids Training. Other areas of training include American Sign Language, Curriculum Development, Diversity, Positive Redirection and Behavior issues, and much more.

Jack and Jill's longevity promotes long-lasting secure relationships with the child and their families. Parent visitation and involvement at Jack and Jill is encouraged and welcomed.

Our parent testimonials speak volumes of our nurturing care. "We know that the special individuals who have cared for our son over the past years are a major reason that he is the wonderful, happy little boy he is today."
