Dear Jack & Jill Early Childhood Families:
As we reach the end of another year, we are so grateful to be part of the wonderful communities in St. Anthony and Blaine. We value your trust and confidence in us and sincerely appreciate our families. Our entire team is thankful for the support given to us by our families. We are growing and touching fresh milestones daily with your children and we are grateful to be a part of your family. We value your trust and confidence and appreciate your commitment to our program. We look forward to providing quality educational childcare for your family in 2023!
Thank you for your gratitude and appreciation this past year and as we approach the holiday season! The generous deliveries of breakfast, coffee, cookies, box lunches, pizzas and more! Wow – we truly appreciate the love and commitment of our JJ families. The staff has enjoyed the treats received. Your generosity and appreciation remind us of how grateful we are for our Jack & Jill families!
Gratitude to our staff and their daily accomplishments will continue to be recognized with additional employee retention compensation to be paid at the year’s end and into 2023.
Parent Teacher Conferences!
Parent Teacher Conferences via zoom meetings begin the week of December 5th. Signups via email have been sent to infant through Pre-Kindergarten families in the Blaine program for all conferences to be done before the holiday season.
The St. Anthony location will complete its toddler through pre-Kindergarten conferences before the holidays too. Infant conferences will be set in January 2023 and email sign-ups will be sent shortly.
If you have not received or registered for a conference for your child in December, please email: sergior@jackandjilledu.com to request a conference.
Winter Celebration & Teddy Bear Workshop!
Our Teddy Bear Workshop returns, where wishes come true and new friends are made! Children will be able to choose from a variety of stuffed animals, go to the stuffing station and fill their new pal with fluff and love and add a magical wishing star! Your child’s teachers will help the kids “snap” up the stuffed animals and they will be ready for your child to take home. Staff will make a stuffed animal for the babies that may not be able to do this on their own!

2022 Pajama Drive - FINAL DAYS Wednesday, December 7th and Wednesday, December 14th
Please send your child to school in pajamas with closed toed school shoes. No slippers please. Winter gear will be needed on our pajama wearing days.
Pajama donations will go to The Neighborhood House and St. Joseph’s Coat in St. Paul. Thank you for the gift of sharing!

Please email info@jackandjilledu.com if your child will be absent any days near the holidays. Note your child’s name and classroom. You may simply cut and paste the calendars below and submit via email.
Winter Gear
Thank you for helping our nightly janitorial crew. We understand it is cumbersome and appreciate all winter gear, boots, jackets, snow pants, etc. going home nightly. The Gen Eon cleaning solution sprayed throughout each building nightly does cause a build-up and could eventually damage the clothing.
School Closing
Winter is here to stay for a bit. Closings, late starts, and early dismissal notices will be sent via email and text to all families. It will also be posted on our website: jackandjilledu.com. If you have a change in personal email, work email, or cell phone number, please send an update to: info@jackandjilledu.com
2022 Childcare Receipts
Receipts for all childcare paid in 2022 will be sent via email to the main email address on file on or before January 20, 2023. A reminder notice to check your email will be sent the day the receipts are emailed.
The final deposit for 2022 tuition payment will be accepted on the morning of Thursday, December 29th. Any payments received after that time will be applied in 2023.
All 2022 tuition needs to be paid in full on or before 12/29/22.
Via email today, you will receive a year-to-date Statement of the balance due on your account to be paid on or before 12/29/22. Late fees will apply to any balance carried into 2023.
We do accept AMEX, VISA, MC and Discover. Please complete the attached credit card form and return if you want to have your tuition paid via credit card. You may also call our offices at 612-455-8955 with your credit card information. Please also note that we charge a 3.5% non-cash adjustment on all credit card and debit card transactions.
Parking Lot Entrance and Exit
We are all busy these days with the holidays upon us. This is just a gentle reminder to enter and exit the parking lot slowly and be cautious of children exiting cars and walking in or near the parking lots.
