Family Handbook
We are excited to release an update of our Family Handbook to share with you. Our handbook was updated over the course of the last two months and we are now ready for our families to read and sign it. Please read the instructions below before following the link to read & sign this document. One parent/guardian for each family is required to sign the handbook. All current school age families that are attending for before/after care or school release care will also need to sign this handbook.

Signing Instructions

Step 1:
Open the link and you will see a screen that requests your email. This is used to verify it is you signing the document.

Step 2:
After entering your email, you will see a screen like the one below. Please check your email and there will be an email from HelloSign with a link to the new family handbook. Again, this is only to verify your identity.

Step 3:
The link in your email will bring you to the start of the handbook, which should look like the picture below (the loading screen can take awhile). Please read the entirety of the handbook before proceeding to the signing portion of the handbook.

Step 4:
After reading the handbook, click the blue button in the upper right hand corner of the website to proceed to the sign the handbook. Your name, child(ren)'s name, and the date is required to sign it. All these fields are required before completing the signing of the handbook. Then click the blue button in the upper right hand corner after filling out these fields. It should look like the below image:

Step 5:
Finally, the website will bring you to the page below. Please click I agree in the upper right hand corner to finish signing the handbook. You will then receive an email that will allow you to access this signed document for your reference.
